Acme Counseling Projects

Description

I met the owner of Acme Counseling in a McDonald's back in 2018 when I overheard him complaining about his laptop not working; it wouldn't connect to the the wifi. After helping him out quickly and going about getting my food, he popped over before leaving and asked if I could fix some other computers too, and handed me his business card. Thus sparked a four year venture of finding, fixing, upgrading almost every piece of technology in his office. The tasked accomplished include:

• Constructing a presentation room w/ projector, speakers, and custom PC.
• Assembling new workstations for all employees.
• Redesigning and developing the company website.
• Upgrading all in-house networking equipment.
• Building and maintaining an on-site NAS.
• Sourcing and maintaining a HIPAA compliant cloud backup service.
• Digitizing all office forms for paperless operation.
• Training staff to use technology as required.
• Maintaining printers and fax machines.
